Recording work and checking pay

Add a job with its pay rate, time zone, pay period, and overtime rules. Clock in from Home, or add a shift afterward. Open a day in Records to review and correct shifts and breaks. Tips and extra earnings can be added to the appropriate record.

Pay totals are gross estimates based on your entries and rules. If a total looks wrong, check marked time entries, the job's settings, and the calculation details. A paycheck comparison keeps its captured records and calculation; use an explicit recheck when you want a new comparison after changes. Estimates are not a tax, legal, or payroll determination.

Keeping and transferring your records

In Settings, open Backup & Restore and save a complete backup to a location you control. To restore, choose a supported complete backup and review the records before confirming. The app does not provide automatic work-record cloud synchronization.

CSV and PDF exports are reports, not complete restorable backups. Saving to a cloud drive or sharing a file is your choice; Cernori does not receive a copy through its purchase-verification service. Keep needed backups before changing devices or removing app data. Restoring Pro does not restore work records.

Pro and Google Play purchases

One recording job, unlimited records, the first saved paycheck date range with rechecks and a full report, basic CSV, and complete work backups are available without Pro. Pro adds multiple recording jobs and combined totals, comparisons for other paycheck date ranges, PDF timesheets, and complete reports.

Where subscriptions are enabled, Google Play displays available plans, localized prices, and any eligible annual 14-day trial before purchase. Opening or downloading the app does not start a trial. To restore a subscription, use the Google account that owns it and choose Restore Purchases or refresh access in Cernori Pro. A pending payment does not grant new access.

If the store or verification service is unavailable, check your connection and Google Play account and try again. A previously verified offline subscription lasts only through its known validity period; it does not invent a renewal. A work backup does not transfer a subscription between different stores or platforms.

Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription. Deleting the app or removing complimentary access does not cancel a subscription. Google Play refund guidance explains the refund process. See the Android subscription terms.

Planned-shift reminders

Check the planned shift's date, time, time zone, and reminder selection. Allow notifications for Cernori in Android settings. If Android asks for scheduling permission, follow the app's system-settings link and then return to the app. Battery restrictions, a powered-off device, and system settings can affect delivery.

After restoring work data or changing devices, review your planned reminders and permissions. Control Lock Screen previews in Android settings if job names or shift times should stay private.
