Free use and Pro

You can record one job with unlimited shifts and corrections, use basic CSV timesheets, and save and restore complete work backups without Pro. The first saved paycheck date range remains available for rechecks and a full report. Pro adds multiple recording jobs and combined totals, paycheck comparisons for other date ranges, PDF timesheets, and complete reports.

If Pro expires, work records are not deleted. You can choose the job used for free recording. Other jobs and their history remain available to view and correct. A shift already in progress can be finished.

Subscriptions and trials

Where offered, Cernori Pro has monthly and annual auto-renewing Google Play subscriptions. The same Pro benefits apply to both plans. Current localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible annual 14-day free trial are shown before purchase. Prices, currency, tax treatment, and availability can vary by country or region. The Google Play confirmation screen gives the final offer and charge.

Downloading or opening the app does not start a trial. A trial begins only when you accept an eligible trial subscription through Google Play. If you do not cancel before the renewal charge, the trial converts to the annual paid subscription shown at checkout. Eligibility is determined by the available store offer; a trial is not promised to every user or on every purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically under the accepted Google Play offer until canceled. Payment is processed through your Google Play account. Cernori does not receive your payment-card number. Google Play may request payment-method verification even for an eligible trial.

Cancellation, refunds, and restoring access

You can cancel through Google Play subscription management. Cancel before the renewal charge according to the billing date and terms displayed by Google Play. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid or trial period confirmed by the store. Google’s cancellation guidance explains the applicable process.

Deleting the app, deleting a job, clearing app data, or removing a complimentary grant does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow Google Play’s refund process and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

To restore an existing Google Play subscription, use the Google account that owns it and refresh or restore purchases in the app. A work archive does not transfer a purchase or create a subscription that works across different stores or platforms. Restoring Pro access does not restore work records.

Verification and offline access

The app verifies subscription status with Google Play through Cernori's verification service. A pending or unverified payment does not grant new access. A previously verified subscription can retain access offline only through its verified validity period. If verification is unavailable, the app does not invent a renewal or extend expiry. Refunds, revocations, or changed status are reflected when successfully refreshed.

Google Play's installer protection can require connectivity after prolonged disconnection from Play. A complimentary access code, where provided, is checked locally; it does not start, renew, cancel, or refund a store subscription. Your records and calculations

Pay totals and comparisons are estimates based on the information and settings you enter. They are not official pay stubs, tax filings, payroll determinations, or legal advice. Cernori does not determine your employer's legal obligations. Review your entries and compare estimates with actual pay records; a discrepancy is a reason to check the records, not proof of unlawful underpayment.

Saved paycheck comparisons retain their captured source and calculation. Later edits do not silently replace the original saved comparison. Keep copies of work information you need. Exports and backups may contain sensitive information, so choose storage destinations and recipients carefully. Third-party components retain their applicable licenses, with notices available in the app.
