Your records. Your control.

Privacy policy for Cernori Hours Tracker.

Effective 2026-09-28. Operated by MOODOOS LLC.

Cernori Hours Tracker is operated by MOODOOS LLC. The app stores your work records on your device. It does not require a Cernori account, show ads, or track your location.

What stays on your device

The app stores the jobs, pay rates and rules, shifts, breaks, tips and other earnings, notes, planned shifts, and paycheck comparisons you enter. It uses them to record work, estimate gross pay, compare paycheck entries, and create reports or backups you request.

Cernori does not send these work records to a Cernori server. The app has no advertising or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Your device and Apple services may process diagnostics separately according to your system settings.

Exports, backups, and other copies

You choose where to save or share exported reports and complete backups using the system file or share interface. These files contain work and pay information. Any provider or person you choose to receive them handles those copies under their own practices.

The app does not provide automatic cloud synchronization. Apple device backups or computer backups may include app data, depending on your settings. A CSV or PDF is a report, not a complete restorable backup.

Reminders are optional

With your permission, planned shifts can use local notifications or system alarms on supported devices. Reminders may display a job name and shift time on the Lock Screen. You can change or remove planned reminders in the app and control previews and permissions in device Settings.

Apple handles purchases

If you subscribe to Cernori Pro, Apple processes the purchase. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit transaction and subscription information, including product identifiers, verification results, renewal or expiration status, and revocations, to determine access to Pro.

Cernori does not receive your payment-card details or upload your work records as part of a purchase. Purchase records maintained by Apple are separate from the app’s local work records. Read Apple’s privacy policy.

Keeping and deleting data

Your records remain in the app until you remove them or delete the app. Deleting a job removes its related records from the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; it does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase copies already shared, exported, or included in backups. Manage those copies at their destinations.

Because Cernori does not hold a server copy of your work records, we cannot recover a lost local database for you. Save a complete backup before deleting the app or erasing a device. Learn how to back up your records.
